Local Delivery, Shipping, Cancellation & Returns

Local Delivery offers U-Haul truck rentals from our warehouse in Kenmore, NY.  If you want to reserve a U-Haul truck, please call our Customer Engagement Team at 716-362-7850.  

If a truck rental is not for you, please call our team and we can try to connect you with a local private delivery service - we have several that we work with.  In this scenario you would contract directly with the delivery company for their services. 


Shipping uses quickest and safest methods in the pick, pack, and ship process available to deliver your products fast and hassle free. We offer shipping within the 48 contiguous states with low shipping/delivery rates. 

Orders will be processed within 24 hours of receipt Monday through Friday during business hours. To protect you as a credit card holder may request additional information that may delay your order process. If additional information is needed you will be notified via phone or email. 

Most orders ship within 1-2 business days.   The average delivery time is 3-7 business days for UPS Ground, although we cannot guarantee any specific delivery timetables, as we cannot control the actions of the delivery carrier.

Ground shipping is a reliable door-to-door option which is usually delivered within seven days, depending upon the shipping location. Most residential/commercial ground packages are delivered Monday through Friday during business hours. Detailed tracking information is included with this shipping method. Oversized shipments may have a different delivery time frame than standard ground delivery. 

Oversized Shipments, due to the size of the merchandise, will arrive via freight delivery. Tracking information and delivery instructions will be provided once your order ships. You need to contact the delivery company to arrange a final delivery date and time.  The buyer is responsible to coordinate final delivery with the carrier.  If the buyer refuses delivery or causes a delay in the final delivery, the buyer will be held responsible for any additional storage fees assessed by the carrier and/or any fees to return the product back to Amazing Bargains USA.  

Please inspect the condition of the package and report any damage that occurred during delivery, must be contacted within the first 48 hours of receiving your product. is not responsible for delays in shipments once the package is picked up by the carrier, including any but not limited to any delays due to Acts of God, riots, strikes or other labor disputes, air traffic control delays, disruptions in air or ground transportation networks due to events such as weather phenomena and natural disasters.  In addition, the current logistics market is still hampered by the consequences of the COVID-19 pandemic.


Cancellation Policy

If you purchase an item for local pick-up, you have the right to cancel the sale for any reason until you inspect and accept the product within 30 days from the date of the order.  Once you accept the product your right to cancel the sale terminates and any return would be subject to the Return Policy (see below).  If you elect to cancel a sale after 30 days of placing an order, your refund will be reduced by 1% per day to cover storage costs.  So, if you want to reserve a product, we encourage you to buy it for local-pick-up as you can cancel the sale without risk.   


Return Policy & 7-Day Warranty

All sales are Final, although Amazing Bargains USA does offer a 7-day warranty if (i) the item is defective, missing essential parts, or materially different than we represented in our website listing, (ii) the refund request is within 7 days of your receipt of the product (pick-up or delivery), and (iii) The item is returned in its original packaging with all accessories, parts, and documentation. "USED", "In Store Specials" and "Pallet Sales" are not eligible for the 7-day warranty.  Amazing Bargains USA at its option reserves the right to repair, replace, or provide a refund on valid warranty claims.   If you paid for shipping and you received an incorrect or defective item, we will pay the return shipping costs.  If we authorize a warranty return, once the product arrives back at the AB USA - Buffalo warehouse, our grading team will inspect the product for the claimed defect or error. If it is found there is no defect nor error with the product, we reserve the right to deny your warranty request.   If we receive a return that does not qualify for our 7-day warranty, any courtesy refund will be limited to the product cost (excludes shipping).

You can expect to receive your warranty refund within 7-10 business days of our receipt of your return package. However, in many cases, you will receive a refund far sooner than this.
